Pre-Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

DURIN is currently in the product development and pre-launch stage. Certain products may therefore be offered for pre-booking before commercial production and regular shipping begins.

Pre-Booking

A pre-booking reserves your order or interest in an upcoming DURIN product.

Pre-booked products may still be undergoing prototype development, testing, manufacturing preparation or final production.

Delivery Timeline

Pre-booking products are not available for immediate dispatch unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any estimated launch, production or delivery date communicated during development is an estimate and may change due to testing, design improvements, production requirements, supplier delays or other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of significant delays affecting their pre-bookings.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

A customer may request cancellation of an eligible pre-booking before the product has been dispatched.

Refunds

For eligible pre-bookings cancelled before dispatch, the applicable amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days.

Additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank or payment provider before the amount appears in the customer's account.

Product Changes During Development

The final production product may differ slightly from prototype photographs, renders or early specifications.

Changes may be made for manufacturing, fitment, durability, safety, appearance or performance reasons.

If a material change significantly affects a confirmed pre-booking, DURIN will communicate the change and provide appropriate options to the affected customer.

If DURIN Cancels the Product

If DURIN decides not to commercially launch a pre-booked product or is unable to fulfil a paid pre-booking, the applicable amount paid for that pre-booking will be refunded.

Returns After Delivery

Detailed return and replacement conditions applicable to commercially available products will be published before regular product fulfilment begins.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
