Welcome to DURIN. By accessing our website, making a pre-booking, purchasing a product or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Pre-Launch Products

DURIN is currently developing and launching its range of vehicle and motorcycle accessories.

Products marked as "Pre-Booking", "Pre-Order", "Coming Soon" or similar may still be undergoing prototyping, testing, manufacturing preparation or final production.

Such products are not necessarily available for immediate dispatch.

Prototype Images & Specifications

Images, renders, prototypes, dimensions, colours, finishes, specifications and other product information displayed during the development stage are intended to provide customers with a representation of the planned product.

The final production version may include reasonable changes resulting from testing, manufacturing requirements, fitment improvements, safety considerations or design improvements.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting confirmed pre-bookings.

Pre-Bookings

A successful pre-booking reserves the customer's order or interest in an upcoming DURIN product.

Estimated launch, production and delivery dates may change during product development.

Pre-bookings are governed by our Pre-Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Vehicle Compatibility

Customers should verify that a product is listed as compatible with their specific motorcycle or vehicle before ordering.

Compatibility information will be displayed on the applicable product page where relevant.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges or other charges, if any, will be displayed during the ordering process.

Payments

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers, including Cashfree Payments.

DURIN does not directly store customers' complete card details, UPI PINs or banking authentication credentials.

Product Installation

Vehicle and motorcycle accessories should be installed correctly and, where appropriate, by a competent technician or mechanic.

DURIN will not be responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorised modification, misuse, accidents or installation on an incompatible vehicle, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The DURIN name, logo, branding, website content, original photographs, graphics and proprietary designs belonging to DURIN may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks and vehicle manufacturer names remain the property of their respective owners.

References to motorcycle manufacturers or models are intended to identify product compatibility and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DURIN will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from improper installation, misuse or unauthorised modification of its products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and applicable consumer protection requirements.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically as our products and services evolve. The latest version will always be published on this page.
